The menu is a shared dining experience with a mouth-watering selection of dishes, including signatures such as Tunapica Tartare with crispy wontons, Spanish olives, roasted coconut and avocado ceviche, 'Ropa Vieja' Spring Rolls with braised beef short rib, Rocoto Sweet & Sour sauce, Shrimp Churros with sesame and coconut curry; Roasted Peking Duck with chili herb salad, tortillas and hoisin as well as a new dish created especially for Dubai by Executive Chef Luis Pous; Roasted Suckling Pig with black beans, mojo chino and steamed coconut rice, paying homage to the venues pork license.

Asia de Cuba Dubai's expert bartenders will serve a range of flirty and flavoursome cocktails both in the bar and on the stunning terrace. incorporating a plethora of rich, tropical flavours. The stylish bar will even boast its own sugar cane machine creating refreshing authentic South American classics such as mojitos and daiquiris.

Showcased throughout the bar and restaurant will be bespoke wallpapers, furnishings, and artworks throughout, each complimenting the warm colour accents throughout. The terrace will take diners on a journey of Latin wanderlust with its bohemian range of hanging plants, South American inspired seating and intimate yet tropical lighting details.
