Chef-husband and wife, Neil Kleinberg and DeDe Lahman, had opened Clinton Street Baking Company in New York City Fast forward, and now, the culinary splendour has made its way across the Atlantic to Dubai city.  restaurant

Their downtown Dubai location is relaxed and humble; the eatery smells of fresh blueberry muffins and fresh ground coffee during the day and; in the evening the staff serves buttermilk fried chicken and waffles and many other dishes.

The chef couple wanted to make the best baked goods in the city, hand-mixed in small batches. But soon with the local and international acknowledgement, and Neil’s delicious omelettes, sandwiches and soups witnessed many people dining at the restaurant. New York Magazine voted Neil’s blueberry pancakes best in the city. When they began, Neil and Dede were a small wholesale baking company with a store front and a handful of loyal neighbourhood customers.

Along with Neil’s pancakes, there are many other dishes famous all over the city, people call it “comfort food,”. These American Classics made with the highest quality ingredients are locally sourced – whenever possible and served with a sugary syrup and butter.
