Long Teng is Dubai’s premier Chinese fine dining restaurant serving high-end Cantonese cuisine.

Occupying five floors of U-bora Towers in Business Bay, the restaurant offers a subtle taste of elegance in a luxurious laid back setting. Our open-air roof terrace is a must. Located on the fifth floor, guests can enjoy shisha, hot pot or traditional Chinese tea while taking in the panoramic views of Dubai.

Long Teng’s menu is a delightful mix of traditional and modern Chinese fare. Famed for our freshly prepared live seafood specialties, we also serve a wide variety of mouth-watering dim sum as well as traditional beef, lamb, poultry and vegetable favourites.

Our Yum Cha Friday brunch, inspired by the age-old Chinese tradition of dining on delicious dim sum while sipping on rich and aromatic tea blends, is the perfect way to get acquainted with Chinese cuisine. Some of our most popular dim sum creations include classics such as xiao long bao, vegetable dumplings, siu mai, xia jiao, spring rolls, char siu bao, turnip puffs and cheung fun (rice noodle rolls).

On the a la carte menu, diners will find everything from noodle dishes to spicy stir-fried beef, chicken with cashew nuts as well as a selection of seafood dishes, from stir-fried prawns to sashimi lobster.

We have a team of 30 highly trained Chinese chefs who are passionate about creating complex flavoured dishes with a modern flair. All food is freshly prepared on the premises and we use local and organic produce and coastal seafood from the UAE where possible.
